Independent Sexual Violence Adviser (ISVA) Maternity Cover
We are looking for a Independent Sexual Violence Adviser to join our committed and professional ISVA team to provide emotional and practical support and information to victims and survivors of sexual violence who have reported a sexual offence to the police or are considering reporting to the police.
This role is based at SERICC premises in Harlow & Thurrock, with regular travel across South & West Essex and some out of area courts. You need to be able to drive across the districts and be able to work flexible hours with weekends and evenings if required.
SERICC are looking for a start date of 8th January 2024 (subject to notice periods, enhanced DBS Check and satisfactory references)
Contract: Fixed term to end 31st March 2025 (There may be potential to extend if funding is secured).
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (1.0 FTE)
We will provide successful candidate with:
- Monthly supervision and monthly case management
- Annual salary of £24,469 - £28,371 (Subject to experience and ISVA qualification)
- Regular CPD and developmental opportunities
- A generous annual leave entitlement of 30 days per year plus bank holidays
- Royal London pension scheme; 3% employer contribution and 5% employee contribution.
